Does this really taste like regular pasta?

How does this compare to other healthy pastas?

In short – way healthier! Other “healthy” pastas like chickpea or lentil pasta have 180-190 calories per serving compared to our miniscule 110 calories. Solved™ pasta also has 20g of net carbs per serving compared to ~30g of net carbs in chickpea or lentil pasta.

How the heck is this so low calorie and low carb? What’s the magic trick?

We use a special modified wheat starch that is super high in fiber and super low in calories. This modified wheat starch is packed with dietary fiber that is indigestible by the stomach and small intestine. Since fiber is indigestible, it’s subtracted from the total carb count. Our pasta has 42 grams of carbs and 22 grams of fiber, resulting in 20 grams of net carbs per serving. That’s 48% fewer carbs than traditional pasta!

Our pasta is made in the U.S., in beautiful, sunny California! We work with an artisanal, small batch pasta manufacturer that has been perfecting pasta for over 30 years!

What are the ingredients in Solved™ pasta?

We use just 3 simple ingredients; enriched durum semolina, modified wheat starch, and wheat gluten.

Does this cook like regular pasta?
